Adjoining the salon area are 6 client treatment rooms for skin care and massage therapy. The student lounge has a refrigerator, 2 microwaves, coffee makers, soda and vending machines. There are 4 classrooms equipped with whiteboard, TV, DVD and VCR, student desk and chairs for classroom activities. The Massage Therapy program classroom has 10 massage tables, whiteboard, skeleton showing all muscles and ligaments and bookcase for massage reference books available to students.

Sunstate Academy's Ft. Myers Salon Solaris has 45 styling stations, 6 shampoo chairs, 8 dryers, 10 nail tables and 4 pedicure spa chairs equipped with heat and massage. In addition to the Salon the Academy has 4 classrooms and a student lounge with a microwave, soda and vending machines. Teaching aids include flat screen televisions, overhead projector, student computers, dry erase presentation board and reference materials.
