The Full Specialty program at Sunstate Academy combines the skin care techniques and nail technologies to provide the student with an array of training for the health, wellness and beauty industry. The graduate of the Full Specialty program will be cross-trained as a facial specialist and nail technician, specializing in both natural and artificial nails.

Sunstate Academy developed the Full Specialty program to accommodate students interested in providing multiple services to their clients. In addition to the skin care and nail curriculum, students learn business and client development techniques.

Full Specialty students will learn to perform the following on female and male clients:

• Manicures
• Microdermabrasion
• Pedicures
• Aromatherapy
• Hair Removal - Tweezing & Waxing
• Nail Artistry
• Make-Up
• Nail Polishing

By completing this program, graduates will be prepared to register with the State of Florida to obtain their Full Specialist Registration. Upon graduating from Sunstate Academy's Full Specialty program and state registration, students will be qualified for entry-level positions in full-service salons, spas, or open their own business.
